We do our best to deliver in your alloted timeslot, although at busy periods we may be later than expected. We will contact you if we feel this may happen. Thank you for your patience if this happens.


We aim to serve you with the highest standard of service. Should your order not meet your expectations then we may refund part or all of your order or give a credit towards your next order. Should you wish to make a complaint, please contact us within an hour of receiving your order and ask to speak to the duty manager. Each complaint is considered on its own merit, refunds and cancellations are at the discretion of the duty manager. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process card refunds.
